Bountiful Health by Nancy Crosby
Nancy Crosby is a health and lifestyle educator who lives with her husband James and three daughters in rural Illinois. She travels presenting lifestyle seminars and cooking classes. Nancy has enjoyed cooking and experimenting with recipes since she was a child and loves to entertain family and friends in her kitchen. Nancy studied Health Science and Nutrition in college. She has worked in a health food store, a lifestyle canter, and vegetarian restaurants. In 1990 she helped open Vegana, a vegetarian restaurant in Jakobstad, Finland. She enjoys working with her family and Bluebird Garden and Greenhouse, a home business that provides fresh fruits and vegetables, herbs, flowers, and baked goods for the community.
